The Coolpack multiple use is a coolpack that you can use several times from the brand MHCI. The cool pack is filled with gel. This allows you to both heat and cool the cool pack. You can use the cool pack cold with bruises, but also with fever. You can warm up the cool pack to use in case of muscle pain or cramps.

How to use

To heat up the coolpack, you must place the coolpack in hot water at a maximum temperature of 80°C for 5 minutes. To cool the coolpack, you can place it in the fridge or freezer for 2 hours at a maximum temperature of -27°C. Once you have done that, wrap the coolpack in a thin cloth and place it on the skin.
