The MediTouch2 blood glucose strips from Medisana for inexpensive testing of your glucose. Suitable for use with the MediTouch2 blood glucose meter. The Medisana test strips comply with the ISO (DIS) 15197 standard and the new strip technology.

Why measure blood glucose?

Measuring your blood glucose yourself can give you more control over your health, especially once you know what the numbers in your readings mean and what you can do with them.

Best times to measure:

  • Before breakfast (sober)
  • For lunch/dinner
  • Two hours after a meal
  • Before going to bed
  • Before and after intensive movements
  • If you don't feel well

Storing MediTouch 2 blood glucose strips

  • Store test strips at a temperature between +2°C and +33°C
  • Do not freeze
  • Use the test strips at a temperature between +6°C and +44°C and at a relative humidity between 10% and 90%
  • Never store the test strips at a high temperature or high humidity, such as in the bathroom or kitchen
  • Store the test strips in their original vial
  • Use the test strip immediately after it is removed from the vial
  • Discard the test strips if they are expired
